STEP 2: TUITION PAYMENT - Please download the 2012 Spring Registration Form, which must be signed and mailed together with your tuition payment to us. The mailing address is on the last page of the Registration Form. We currently only accept checks. Please email info@mandarinseeds.com if you have any question.

Enrollment Policies

By registering with Mandarin Seeds, you agree to the following enrollment policies.

Tuition

The tuition must be paid in full and a completed and signed registration form must be received by Mandarin Seeds prior to the first day of class in order to guarantee your enrollment in the class.

Refunds

Refunds will be pro-rated up to the 3rd class. One week advance written notice is required to request a refund. There is no refund after the 3rd class. 100% refund will be issued for classes cancelled due to low enrollment or unexpected circumstances.

Siblings

Un-enrolled siblings of current students may not be present when class is in session.

Illness

Please refrain from taking your children to class if they are not feeling well or are showing signs of illness.

Make up Class

You may attend up to 2 make up classes per semester based on availability.

*Discounts can ONLY be applied to classes with 16 lessons

HD (Host Discount): $35 OFF if you are the host of a PGT class. ($560 - $35 = $525 for the host)

SB (Sibling Discount): $35 OFF each sibling’s tuition (e.g. $560 - $35 = $525 for each sibling)

MB (Multiple Discount): $35 OFF each extra class registered (e.g. $560 - $35 = $525 for each class)
