Do you offer FREE TRIAL CLASS?
Yes! We offer FREE trial classes ONLY at our regular class locations, but not for PGT home classes. Please go to Trial page to sign up.

Can I sign up in the middle of the semester?
Just found us? It may not be too late! Some classes may still be available for pro-rated tuition. Check our class schedule and inquire.

Do you offer private and/or group lessons?
Yes! If you don't see a class that works for you, please contact us about scheduling a Private Group Tutoring class!

Do you offer siblings discount and multiple classes discounts?
Yes! We offer additional $35 OFF tuition for EACH sibling! It works for both siblings as well as multiple classes registered by the same student in the same semester.

Do you plan to offer classes at other locations or times?
If our current location or schedule does not work for you, please consider our Private Group Tutoring (PGT) class option. Our PGT classes are being added continuously. Please always check our schedule on our website for most updated information. We are also happy to hear suggestions of another location, day and time that work better for you. We will consider all feedback and open a new class location when there is enough demand.

What is your make up class policy?
You may attend up to 2 make up classes per semester based on availability.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be pro-rated up to the 3rd class. One week advance written notice is required to request a refund. There is no refund after the 3rd class. 100% refund will be issued for classes cancelled due to low enrollment or unexpected circumstances.
